You can download the technical documentation of the air handling unit(s) supplied by us via our digital documentation portal. You will also find the F-gas log files for the corresponding heat pump(s) (installed by us). To gain access, you must enter both the order number and the serial number of the unit.

• Order number: this concerns Mark’s order number, which can be found on the order confirmation and on the type plate of the unit. Recognizable as a 6-digit number (e.g. 312345).
• Serial number: this concerns a unique code, which can be found on the type plate of the unit, recognizable as a 10-number code starting with ZA (example: ZA00N00001).
